Penerapan Metode User Centered Design dalam Sebuah Aplikasi Penyewaan Ruang Studio Berbasis Website Pada Studio Intro Semarang

Studio Intro Semarang merupakan salah satu studio musik yang ada di kota Semarang. ini memliki kendala yaitu kurangnya promosi dikarenakan terhalang pandemic Covid-19 menyebabkan kurang dikenal masyarakat luas. Proses reservasi masih dilakukan secara manual pengguna harus datang langsung akan membuang banyak waktu. Pendataan juga menggunakan cara dengan resiko kehilangan data. Oleh karena itu untuk mempermudah proses penyewaan dan pengelolaan Semarang, dibuatlah sistem informasi ruang berbasis website. Perancangan menerapkan metode User Centered Design bahasa pemrograman PHP database MySQL. Hasil pengujian black box testing dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa telah dibuat berfungsi presentase keberhasilan dari setiap menu 100%.
